Oh, and here’s a fun fact – did you know different brain wave states are like different dance moves for our minds? Alpha state, that’s like the funky relaxation groove, while beta state, it’s the focus and concentration boogie! Learning to access these states can totally amp up our mind game!


And wait, there’s one more trick I’ve got up my sleeve – muscle testing! I learned this gem from Dr. Bradley Nelson and his Emotion Code and Body Code work. Picture this – you ask your body a question, and it answers by flexing or weakening a muscle. It’s like talking to your subconscious mind directly – I love it!
